We've published the exact specifications of a MaisonX linen shirt. If you can find any shirt — from a national or international brand in a shopping mall — that meets every one of our criteria at the same price, send it to us. We'll have it independently lab-tested. If it genuinely matches the standard, you win.
We want participants from every part of India, creating in their own language and their own style — Tamil, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Gujarati, English. This is a national conversation about what real, quality linen actually is.
The Criteria
A shirt must meet every single one of the following. Miss one, and it does not match the standard.
Full sleeves
Long-sleeve construction.
100% European linen
No blends, no substitutes.
60 Lea yarn count
A fine, tightly spun yarn.
120 GSM or higher
A substantial fabric weight.
Priced no more than ₹4,000
Maximum retail price (MRP).
A mall-present brand
National or international brand sold in a prominent shopping mall.
Not sure about a spec? Ask the shop manager or salesperson — and capture their answer on camera (without showing their face or the store name).

A neutral textile lab verifies fibre, yarn count and weight.
We declare it — openly
If the lab confirms a genuine match, the prize is yours.

Post your hunt as an official collaboration. If MaisonX chooses to use, repost, or boost it, we pay you a content usage fee for it.

This isn't about opinions or marketing. A neutral, third-party textile lab is the only fair judge of fibre purity, yarn count and fabric weight. That's what keeps this hunt honest — and it's exactly why we're happy to run it in the open.

- Compare any shirt strictly against the published criteria.
- State clearly whether a shirt “meets” or “does not meet” each point.
- Create in your own language and regional style — we encourage it.
- Keep the tone curious and fair. You're on a genuine hunt, not an attack.
✕ Please DON'T
- Name, mention or show any other brand's name, logo, label or packaging. Refer only to “another brand,” “a national/international brand,” or “a shirt I found in XYZ mall.”
- Show the face of any salesperson, or a store's name, signage or interior, without clear written permission.
- Call any product “bad,” “poor,” “fake” or “inferior.” Only ever say it “does not match the criteria.”
